A vintage black velvet evening wear off the shoulder dress. Beautiful sequined and embroidery in silver tones in a floral pattern adorn the top which then flows onto a solid black skirt (one piece). The tag reads Taft Rose for Couture Fashions, size 38, made in the USA, dry clean only.

CONDITION: Excellent, no snags, tears, sequin loss.

MEASUREMENTS: Tag size 38 would compare to a US/Canada size 8 UK size 10. Please refer to measurements listed below.
