Vintage velvet short sleeve jacket/cape

Beautiful vintage short-sleeved velvet cape/jacket. One button at the top and another by way of a brooch. Not sure about era but seems to be 1940s on up. From the quality of the black velvet to the beautiful brooch and the lining that's what is seems- no tags present. Unique short sleeve. Side pockets.

20" Sleeve length
40 1/2"L(measured under collar to bottom)
40"Bust

CONDITION-
The outside is in great condition and the lining has a few tears not to deter the quality and beauty of the outside. Small pull on the underarm seam and pocket seam. Could be mended.
