A wonderful Nantucket Farnum basket sporting an ivoryite dolphins atop a wood plaque. This wonderful piece is a smaller size! I have never seen one! Very Rare indeed! This plaque is located on the top fastened onto an oval wood piece. The front closure is also an ivoryite piece as well as the fasteners holding the top handle on the bag, wicker hinges. This is a scrimshaw basketweave is from 10-24-1978 These are very hard to find! It is very light in weight easy to carry and looks great with any outfit! Sticker on interior bottom states it is an authentic repro.
